Karibu to Rustic Safari

We... read more were able to negotiate a fair price and so l and so decided to book a Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari with them. We arrived in Arusha, checked into our hotel, went to dinner and came back to discover a few representatives from the company waiting for us at hotel. This had not been arranged and so we were a bit taken aback. On top of this we were asked to pay the park fees - up front. We declined this as it had not been discussed with us when negotiating and so wanted to check things out. The company were really understanding of our concerns and super flexible with payment which really put us at ease. After this, the safari was FANTASTIC! Our guide, Jeff, was really knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions, had a great energy, managed to find us FOUR of the big five, IN ONE DAY (!!) and even surprised us with a super cute final day picnic. By the end of the safari, Jeff was our friend. This Safari company goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy, highly recommend! Six stars!

  I just returned from a 6 day safari with my son and 16 year old granddaughter. Sylvester was our very knowledgeable tour guide. But most importantly he never rushed... read more us which allowed us to have unique wildlife viewing including lions mating, a kill with lion and a zebra and close ups with baboons, elephants, giraffes, hippos and many many lions. We also did a balloon ride over the Sherry and a walking safari. Sylvester arranged a cultural tour in Karatu that was especially meaningful.

Nous avons fait les... read more lodges dans un village Masaii puis du camping á MtoWambu puis dans les différents parcs (Serengeti, Ngorongoro et Tarangire). Nous avions un super cuistot avec nous et un super guide. Quelle expérience! Le rapport qualité prix de Rustic Safari est vraiment exceptionnel! Il mériterait d être dans les différents guides. Il n’y a eu aucun problème avec les enfants, ils ont adoré! Merci á toute l équipe ( Sylvester, Marmoudi, Peeter, Sam, Moudy) et á bientôt!

  An amazing safari made even better by Sylvester's experience and easy humorous manner. We spent two weeks at Ndutu Safari Lodge with Sylvester of Rustic Safaris guiding us every day.... read more We were concerned that it might not work out because on many previous safaris we had driven ourselves and enjoyed our own company. Even last time at Ndutu we had driven ourselves. But getting older and not wanting the responsibilities of broken down vehicles etc we decided, for the first time, to bring in help!

It was wonderful. Sylvester knew the area extremely well, knew his vehicle, knew the people at the Lodge, and had the patience of a yogi. We were kitted out with our camera gear enjoying a photographic safari, which sometimes meant staying put for hours. No worries! Being there during the migration meant some rain - although we had a lot of rain! Photographically it meant softer light which is great, but driving it meant helping other vehicles out of mud and skidding all over the place. Thank god for Sylvester!

When in Tanzania next time (soon we hope) we'll be asking for Rustic Safaris professional help! Very Highly Recommended!

La suite ne fut... read more que plaisir, partage et découverte de la belle nature et faune tanzanienne avec lui et son équipe !
La balade à pied au sein du Arusha NatPark accompagné par un Ranger est un must pour la rencontre des buffles et girafes si proches.
Manyara pr les lions et Ngorongoro avec son fabuleux cratère sont à voir absolument aussi.
Un coup de cœur pr finir avec l’hébergement exceptionnel au Migombani Campsite qui domine le lac Manyara et son impressionnant baobab !
Grâce à la compétence et la bienveillance de Sylvester ns avons pu profiter pleinement de ces moments rares et émouvants au contact de la Nature africaine : il nous tarde déjà de revenir pr le Serengeti et le Tarangire ... avec Rustic Safari bien sûr !
